📍 Location: Madrid (Hybrid model)

As a Sales Executive at VGRP - Market Access, you will be a key player in driving our growth in the Spanish, European, and Latin American markets. You will build relationships, develop opportunities, and close deals for innovative solutions in AdTech, MarTech, and HRTech. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate in person in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Spain and LATAM.
Manage the complete sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers.
Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to design market entry strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in AdTech, MarTech, and HR-Tech.
Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology, SaaS or consulting.
Proven sales track record in the Spanish and/or LATAM markets.
Knowledge or experience in the AdTech, MarTech or HR-Tech sectors is a highly valued plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, independent profile and comfortable in dynamic environments.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
